Upon written request, you can access your information in our records for purposes of reviewing or correcting the information collected.

(a) We do not share non-public personal or privileged information with any nonaffiliated third-party unless authorized by you or as may be permitted or required by law. We do not sell information about you to anyone. We do disclose limited non- public personal information we collect as referenced above which is necessary to effect, administer, or enforce a transaction requested or authorized by you or in connection with the services and products we provide to our members, or as otherwise allowed by law. This may include, but is not limited to, providing such information to persons holding legal or beneficial interest in the insured property, insurance rate advisory organizations, law enforcement agencies, consumer reporting agencies, responding to a subpoena, etc.

(b) We may share limited transaction and experience information with our affiliates.

(c) We do not disclose non-public personal information of a person who is no longer an insured/member except as permitted or required by law. 

Security of Your Information

We have administrative, technical, and physical safeguards in place to ensure the security and confidentiality of your information. Your information in our physical and electronic files is protected from unintentional and unnecessary disclosure. We restrict access to your non-public personal information to those persons who have a need to know the information. Our safeguards also include protection against anticipated threats or hazards to the integrity of our records. These safeguards are structured so that we can continue to provide you with the quality services and products you expect and deserve.
