What is Livestock Project Insurance? 

Livestock Project Insurance helps protect your investment if your show animal dies or is severely injured and must be euthanized. 

 Who is eligible? 

Livestock Project Insurance is created specifically for 4-H/FFA livestock projects and can be written to cover the loss by death of swine, sheep, goat, beef, or dairy calves. 

 Why is it important? 

Our agents say sometimes this is a student’s first insurance policy. It’s a great way to be there for our members now and as their insurance needs change in the future.  This policy is beneficial to those raising, training and ultimately showing livestock at events like a county fair.
